I believe that healing should be accessible to all, and I am honored to offer one free healing session each month as a gift to the community. Whether you are experiencing physical discomfort, emotional challenges, or simply feel called to receive support, this space is open to you.

Each month, one person will be selected to receive a 60-minute healing session at no cost. This session may include craniosacral therapy, fascia unwinding, energy clearing, and guided breathwork, tailored to your unique needs.
